Entry to the family. Urban, design-led, style-forward.
The C5 was drawn to be noticed before it was drawn to be understood. A fast-back silhouette, frameless doors, and a full-width light bar that signs the car off at a glance. The surface language is clean, architectural, and deliberately European in its restraint.
A 24.6-inch curved dual screen wraps toward the driver. Wireless charging, voice control, and an eight-speaker Sony audio system. The cabin is where OMODA makes its argument: this is a car that leads with technology, not cost.
Five stars, Euro NCAP 2025

If you want more capability, the J5 is the natural step-up.
Accessible capability. Answers the buyer priced out of J7 and J8.
The J5 is the entry point to JAECOO's capability philosophy. 186mm of ground clearance, all-wheel drive, and a chassis tuned for rough-road durability. It answers the Nigerian buyer who needs a vehicle that can work on Lagos streets and the roads beyond them.
JAECOO's design language is composed and deliberate. Boxy arches, an upright grille, and a profile that reads as capable before it reads as stylish. The J5 wears its toughness on the outside.
A panoramic sunroof, dual digital displays, and a cabin that prioritises durability over theatre. Wireless charging, voice control, and an eight-speaker audio system.

The global best-seller. More refinement, more power.

The flagship. Executive space and road presence.
The core proposition. Best-selling new car in Britain, March 2026.
200mm of ground clearance, all-wheel drive, and an eight-speed automatic. The J7 is the global proof point — best-selling new car in Britain, March 2026. The vehicle that proved a new brand can win on merit, not on price.
Upright, confident, premium. The J7's design reads as a vehicle that knows where it's going. Boxy proportions, a wide stance, and detailing that's restrained rather than decorative.
A 14.8-inch vertical centre screen, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and a 12-speaker SONY audio system. The J7 cabin is where capability meets refinement.

The flagship. More space, more presence.
The flagship. Premium, road presence, executive and fleet.
The J8 is the flagship of the range. 200mm of ground clearance, all-wheel drive, and an available seven-seat configuration. Executive space, road presence, and the platform everything else in the range builds on. Built for fleet and family alike.
The J8's design communicates authority. A wide, tall stance, an imposing grille, and detailing that's premium rather than decorative. This is a vehicle that reads as expensive from fifty metres.
A 15.6-inch centre screen, 12-speaker SONY audio, panoramic sunroof, and an available executive rear seat package. The J8 cabin is the most premium space in the range.

Euro NCAP 2025 — JAECOO J7, OMODA C5
Independent assessment by Europe's leading safety body. Not a manufacturer claim.
Euro NCAP (European New Car Assessment Programme) is an independent organisation that tests vehicle safety. It has no commercial stake in the vehicles it tests. A five-star rating is the highest possible assessment.
All models in the Nigerian lineup carry Level 2 ADAS: adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, autonomous emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-traffic alert.
High-strength steel cage construction. Six to seven airbags depending on model (front, side, curtain, and centre on J7/J8). Crumple zones engineered to Euro NCAP standards.
PHEV is in the Nigerian mix. Here's what you need to know.
A standard wall socket will charge the PHEV battery overnight. No special installation is required for basic charging. For faster charging, a dedicated home charger can be installed where electrical supply permits.
PHEV operation on electric power is significantly cheaper per kilometre than petrol. The exact saving depends on electricity vs fuel prices, which vary. The vehicle switches automatically between electric and petrol modes.
All batteries degrade over time. The battery warranty covers significant degradation beyond defined thresholds. Normal degradation within expected parameters is not a warranty issue.
Battery coverage is included within the 7-year vehicle warranty programme. Full terms in the downloadable PDF.
High-voltage battery packs are sealed and rated for water exposure. However, avoid driving through water deeper than the vehicle's wading depth. If the vehicle has been submerged, do not attempt to start it — contact HAP Autos service immediately.
What to expect. Booking is through HAP Autos.
First service at 10,000 km or 12 months, whichever comes first. Subsequent services at 10,000 km intervals. Followed by a 30-minute target response within business hours.
All parts used are genuine OMODA | JAECOO parts, supplied through the authorised distributor. Using non-genuine parts voids warranty coverage.
HAP Autos technicians are trained on OMODA and JAECOO platforms. Manufacturer-standard diagnostic equipment and service procedures.
Evidence-led. No lifestyle photography. This page makes the product argument; HAP Autos makes the commercial one.
Durability, warranty coverage, and parts availability are the three questions every fleet manager asks. The 7-year warranty and 150,000 km coverage align with typical fleet replacement cycles. AWD across the JAECOO range suits Nigerian road conditions. Service intervals at 10,000 km minimise downtime.
From OEM data: fuel consumption 7.2–8.4 L/100km depending on model. Service intervals at 10,000 km. Warranty 7 years / 150,000 km. Global residual evidence from UK and European markets supports strong retained value.
The 7-year warranty applies to fleet vehicles on the same terms as consumer purchases. No per-vehicle surcharge for fleet warranty coverage.
Fleet buyers circulate documents internally. Download the full fleet pack for specification, TCO framing, and warranty detail.
